resume2jobs ("we," "us," "our") provides resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile writing services at resume2jobs.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our site or order our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

To write your documents, we need to know things about you. Specifically, we collect:

Information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number (optional), current resume or CV if you upload one, career history, target job title/industry, and any other details you share through our order form or by email.

Order and communication records — the package you selected, revision requests, and correspondence between you and your writer.

Technical information — standard web log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically when you browse the site, and cookies as described in Section 4.

We do not collect payment card details ourselves — payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, who has its own privacy policy governing that data.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to: write and deliver the documents you've ordered; communicate with you about your order (drafts, revisions, delivery); respond to questions sent through our contact form or email; improve our website and services; and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We do not use your career details to train any third-party AI model, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Your information is shared only with: the writer assigned to your order; service providers who help us run the business (for example, email delivery and website hosting providers), who are only permitted to use your data to provide that service to us; and authorities, if required by law.

We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site and order form working and can't be switched off. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you allow them — you can choose your preferences from the banner shown on your first visit, or anytime via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer.

We keep order-related information for as long as needed to deliver your documents, handle any revisions, and meet reasonable accounting/record-keeping needs afterward. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see Section 6.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for job seekers who are legally able to enter into a contract in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
